In a male dominated industry, we believe that the women who make a daily difference in our world of hygiene and health deserve a platform. A platform that doesn't set them apart, but embraces their authentic way of building a career. Why? Well.. Studies show us that women of all backgrounds and in all departments, face a lot of the same and similar challenges in the work field. We thought it’d be nice to break through the barriers and stigmas and start a conversation to build a connection that empowers the women in our industry.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐭? When women talk to each other, it’s often played down as gossip. We're convinced that by offering women in our industry a platform to share their knowledge, expertise, personal experiences and visions, we can reconstruct the image of our conversation. Because what if our gossip is worth a whole lot?

𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 Handing women in our industry the microphone is just the start for us. We want to create a healthy and safe environment and a conversation and that includes you. What you can expect from us are insightful articles from women who are active in the industry, online events that you can sign up for and participate in and more. The goal for us is to help everyone active in our industry develop and grow personally and professionally.

𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧.. Just because we are highlighting women’s voices, does not mean nobody else is welcome here. We don’t view women as superior, and know not every environment treats women with different standards. But we do recognize their global fight for equality. Luckily, our wonderful industry has seen plenty of businesses and organizations that have built a foundation for equality and left a positive impact. Whether you want to share your approach, vision, or whether you’re just here to learn, be inspired or listen, we invite you to feel welcome and be a part of the conversation.
