Over Women in Business Maastricht

Founded in 2021, Women in Business (WiB) Maastricht is a student association with 700+ members, which has the goal to support and empower the next generation of female business leaders by providing access to inspirational guest speakers, interactive workshops, as well as networking events. According to a study of the World Economic Forum only 18% of global firms are led by women. This is what inspired us to take initiative and we are now trying to promote and normalize having female leaders.
