Over Wij zijn belangrijk

Ik houd mij bezig met het ontwikkelen van mensen en organisaties. Want organisaties bestaan behalve uit middelen of materialen, vooral uit mensen. Daar begint de werkelijke verandering: bij mensen. Met ieder een eigen waarde in het systeem. Deze mensen hebben regelmatig voeding en inspiratie nodig, een richting nodig om naartoe te groeien en een vorm nodig waarlangs 'productie'​ geleverd mag worden zodat de klant de vruchten kan plukken. Ja! Winst! Daarnaast hebben alle mensen het vermogen om vanuit die eigenheid, resultaat te bereiken en te groeien. Mits goed benut, waar gewenst belicht, zorgvuldig gevoed en voldoende gefaciliteerd, brengt een investering in mensen je altijd goud. Het geeft zin! Ik bied een duurzame manier waarlangs ontwikkeling, binnen constant veranderende omstandigheden, gerealiseerd wordt: coaching. Zakelijk en persoonlijk.

I am specialised in the development of people and organisations. Because organisations do not consist only of resources or materials, but mostly of people. That is where true change or creation begins! Human beings who each have their own value in the system. These individuals need regular food for both their body's and brains, they need energy and moments of inspiration. They need a direction to grow towards and they need a pathway or structure along which 'production'​ can be delivered so that the customer can harvest the value. Yes! Gold! In addition, all human beings have the ability to achieve results and to grow with and out of pure joy, coming from that unique individuality. If implemented properly, when needed explored, inspired with care and sufficiently facilitated, an investment in your people always results in gold. It makes sense and gives true meaning! I offer a sustainable way through which personal and organisational development, in constantly changing circumstances, will be achieved: coaching.
