In 1935, in the Dutch town of Driesum, Sjoerd Wiersma set up a freight transportation company that was to form the foundation of the removals company Wiersma Verhuizingen. Driven by our authentic Frisian mentality and true to the motto of 'actions speak louder than words'​, our innovative and respected organisation has developed into a professional removals company, serving both the private and business markets with unique logistics services.

We take you as our starting point in everything we do. When your needs change, we’ll change with them! Moving into a new home, taking on a new job in the region or further afield, a new life abroad or relocating your organisation? Whatever the challenge, we'll provide you with the support you need.

In addition to removals, you can also take advantage of our Unique Total Service, an extensive package of tailor-made services that enable you to choose whether to get involved or just sit back and relax: from do-it-yourself service to having your entire move organised by one of our Removal PAs. We also offer a Handyman service, special services for older customers, cleaning, building management, and lots, lots more.
