At WesselinkVanZijst, we have a boundless passion for the Mutual Gains philosophy, Strategic Stakeholder Engagement, and turning conflict into something constructive. We support organizations as strategic advisors, process facilitators, mediators, independent chairs, or strategic stakeholder engagement managers, and we provide training to environmental professionals. Depending on the challenge at hand, we offer advice to initiators or build dialogue between parties.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 Solving complex challenges where so much is at stake for society is what makes our work meaningful to us. How we go about it matters just as much: carefully, and with attention to everyone involved. Often, money, time, and wellbeing are wasted, and processes are rushed and opaque, which leads to great frustration. By creating value for as many parties as possible, we aim to make a difference .

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗦𝗘) We work very deliberately from the SSE methodology, underpinned by the Mutual Gains Approach. For us, the foundation is respect for one another's interests, genuine curiosity, and building mutual trust. In our work, we go to great lengths to handle those interests and the people behind them with care, regardless of status or position of power. We don't just work for clients, but above all with them, so that SSE and MGA can become common practice in the Netherlands and beyond.
