We offer office massage, ergonomic advice and desksercise. Our office massage is an effective massage of about 20 minutes. The WerkZen masseur gives this on a specially designed ergonomic massage chair, through the clothes. It is a quick and effective way to prevent work stress. This makes employees feel even more comfortable at their workplace.

Ergonomic working consists of a combination of an ergonomically responsible workplace and the knowledge to work ergonomically responsible. Our instructions are therefore just as important as the layout of the workplace. The WerkZen Ergocoach is happy to visit you to examine the workplace of your employees and to give practical advice.

Feel better at your workplace with desksercise. This is a series of movement and breathing exercises that mindfully shakes and stretches your fixed posture. We offer our desk service individually or in groups.
