We create psychological safety within teams by facilitating real-time and gamified 360-degree feedback sessions. Your team will learn more about each other’s strengths, weaknesses and preferences in this two-hour play session than they would have in all the time they’ve worked together. Help individual team members recognise their own strengths and commit to improving in areas of weakness. Break down barriers within your team and revel in the productivity gains you will get by helping your team work better together.
