English: The Wegdam Foundation stems from the activities of Wegdam Food Link BV, a trading firm and investor operating mainly on the African continent. Through this way, owner Brian Wegdam comes into contact with bitter poverty, harrowing situations, but also with local people who do something about it. These are the heroes we want to help in their fight against poverty and injustice.

Wegdam Foundation was established to raise funds to support projects in countries where we are active. Financial aid and goods arrive directly where it is needed, without overhead costs.

Français: La Fondation Wegdam est née des activités de Wegdam Food Link BV, une société commerciale et un investisseur opérant principalement sur le continent africain. Par ce biais, le propriétaire Brian Wegdam est en contact avec la pauvreté extrême, des situations pénibles, mais aussi avec des personnes locales qui font quelque chose pour y remédier. Ce sont ces héros que nous voulons aider dans leur lutte contre la pauvreté et l'injustice.

La Fondation Wegdam a été créée pour collecter des fonds afin de soutenir des projets dans les pays où nous sommes présents. L'aide financière et les biens vont directement là où ils sont nécessaires, sans frais généraux.

Nederlands: De Wegdam Foundation komt voort uit de activiteiten van Wegdam Food Link BV, een handelskantoor en investeerder dat vooral actief is op het Afrikaanse continent. Via deze weg komt eigenaar Brian Wegdam in aanraking met bittere armoede, schrijnende situaties, maar ook met lokale mensen die daar wat aan doen. Dit zijn de helden die wij willen helpen in hun strijd tegen armoede en onrecht.

Wegdam Foundation is opgericht om middelen in te zamelen voor ondersteuning van projecten in landen waarin we actief zijn. Financiële hulp en goederen komen direct terecht op de plek waar het nodig is, zonder overheadkosten.
