We ARE IT is a new organization built on a very experienced team that is working together for several years, combined we have over 35 years of recruitment experience. The goal of We ARE IT is to combine this experience and put the best practices in the Recruitment industry to work. Everything we do, we do via clear and transparent processes which guarantee the best results for clients looking for an IT specialist and IT specialists looking for a new position or project.

All our consultants work via the same process ensuring the best possible result, we always work based on a predefined recruitment plan with our clients this ensured clarity in technical specifications, process and manages expectations. For us mutual commitment is key to a successful recruitment search, this means commitment from We ARE IT but also from our clients and candidates, we rather do one dedicated recruitment search at the time instead of chasing all open opportunities. All consultants have a technical focus and geographical area they work on, enabling them to build a client and candidate network based on this techniques and area.

We ARE IT does both permanent (retained) recruitment and contract staffing. Next to that we have built a strong network with facilitating companies on payroll, knowledge migrants and relocation.

At this moment we do not provide services within the Life Sciences industry.
