Willing to take overall responsibility and participate in the risk involved. - Assure succes of your programs by adding Wijnand’s experience to your project in a QA or advising capacity. - Analyse programs that are (almost) failing and propose measures to fix the situation.

Procurement / sales support - Contract negotiations. - Vendor management. - Review vendor responses to RFP’s before they are submitted to the customer with a CIO point of view.
