Water Capital Invest (WCi) is an intermediary and advisor between parties / people who like to invest and new or existing companies which need funding.

Sound Businessplan

WCi will consider any future projects for investments, but in request for funding they must present a sound business plan, which need to be submitted to WCi.

Main framework to be delivered to WCi: An initial P&L, Cash flow and Balance sheet related to the proposed investment.

It is the task of WCi to select these projects, which pass our criteria in terms of future profitability, the capability to pay interest on loans, dividend on equity and finally the return of investments ROI after a certain period. (5 to 10 years).

Profitable returns

WCi is interested in providing the potential investors with profitable returns of the chosen projects. Request to WCi for investments will be taken seriously by WCi, hence the request for a Profit & Loss, a Cash Flow and a Balance Sheet of the project.
