Over Wacout

Wacout is a waste collecting and recycling project from a Climate-KIC Pre-incubation program, starting from 09/2019.

WHAT WE DO: • Following our motto "WAste Collection OUTdoors is fun!", we organize waste collection events in combination with outdoor activities. Currently, we're running pilot events with kayaking in Utrecht area. • Besides collection, we also do research on plastic recycling options. Our technical members are building a shredder in Switzerland and making prototypes in Germany. We cooperate with local Precious Plastic workspaces, from whom we have received various support! • You can read more about us on our website: http://www.wacout.com.
