Wouter Keijser (Wacomed BV) initially worked in general practice and over the years participated as transition coach and consultant in numerous healthcare innovation programs. On patient centered care, clinical change management and (e-)health innovation, Keijser is a frequent contributor to international auditoriums and author of several papers, reports and books. Keijser was expert reviewer to several EC funded healthcare innovation projects and recently initiated roll out of the European version of TeamSTEPPS – the US program (AHRQ/DoD) for enhancement clinical team performance and patient safety.
