Wine has always been my passion, because of the centuries-old history, the craftsmanship, nature and beauty, not to mention the love for the winemaker's trade! Scents and flavors can evoke the most beautiful associations and images. Smells and tastes from even old times. Consider, for example, cherries, pineapples, leather, coffee, mandarin, or typical scents of "old days"​ of the past. But also a flowered alpine meadow, a farmer's barn, stable manure, freshly cut grassland, cassis, whipped cream, vanilla. And a person can think, feel, fantasize, look back ...... French summer evenings, Italian vistas, Spanish siestas, German vineyards, you name it. The memory is the only paradise from which one can not be expelled. Wine tasting is always enjoying, a party. Wine is earthy but at the same time also "heavenly"​. Wine is an endless discovery without an end. Wine is never the same! Hence my passion for 'real wines'​.
