Velites, founded in 2018, focuses on developing leadership skills for individuals at all levels of an organization. We believe that leadership is not tied to a specific function or title but to the role someone fulfills, both in a professional setting and beyond. Our goal is to help people grow in their leadership roles through interactive and experiential learning methods.

Our approach is based on activating the right hemisphere of the brain, emphasizing creativity and flexibility. By incorporating game elements and interactive methods, we ensure that the skills learned are genuinely applied in practice.
