ELEVATING THE EVERYDAY We design places that put life at the center and feel tailor-made. Social, green, and characterful buildings where people feel at home and that evolve with them over time. Our architecture makes the familiar special, personal, and surprising. VOA realizes projects in architecture and urban design, with a focus on sustainability, context, and refined detailing. We are currently working on around 3,000 homes of various types and scales across the country.

SERIOUS FUN We combine an open, explorative attitude with continuous dialogue, an integrated approach, and plenty of creativity. This “serious fun” mentality — adventurous, optimistic, and curious — makes our work human, precise, and surprising.

DESIGN TO BUILD From the first sketch, we think along about technical logic, material use, and buildability. We don’t make the process more complicated — we find the connections that move projects forward. In doing so, we create livable homes and neighborhoods with lasting value.
