The Van Kessel Creativity Index is a project by Roosmarijn van Kessel and Matt Beauchamp Buck, two creatives passionate about communication, efficiency and solving problems.

Inspired by unusual job interview experiences and conversations with peers, we set out to challenge the idea that creative people don’t belong in corporate environments. We believe that creativity and problem-solving skills exist in everyone - sometimes, you just need the right tools to uncover them.

The VKCI is rooted in Roosmarijn's Master’s thesis, which focused on creativity and its applications in real-world settings. Her research led to the development of this comprehensive tool, designed to help individuals and teams discover their unique creative strengths.
