Van Donk Internettools B.V. (VDI), Van Donk Internettools B.V. has as its object the provision at low cost over the internet of simple (risk) analysis tools for organisations all over the world. We developed two risk tools: The RiskManagementTool (RMT) The RiskManagementTool is a simple risk analysis tool, consisting of 16 risk modules. The risk modules can be used one module at a time or with some or all together as a RiskManagementTool. Each risk module is made up of 6 events, each of which is supplemented in turn with 6 causes, which means that each risk module is filled with 6 x 6 = 36 pre-defined risks applicable to most large and small organizations. To enable the organization to take specific risks into account, there is also a facility for it to supplement the pre-defined events and causes itself with organization-specific risk events and/or causes. Using a small number of simple follow-up questions, which can be answered in less than ten minutes, the possibility and extent of the risk is determined in broad terms, after which the action plan can be drawn up. The FireSafetyScan (FSS) The Fire Safety Scan can increase your understanding of the fire safety within your own organization and that of your suppliers and/or clients. The Fire Safety Scan is a simple tool that provides you with an overall evaluation of fire safety. The Fire Safety Scan consists of 4 sections: Management, Accommodation, Security and Maintenance. The overall fire risk is determined by answering a number of simple questions, which will take less than 15 minutes. An action plan can be created on the basis of the outcomes of the scan which are presented in a report. The action plan can name a person assigned responsibility for further analyzing the risk within a set period and for implementing preventive and/or damage limitation measures. The outcomes of the Fire Safety Scan can be sent by e-mail.
