Over Utrecht University Migration AND Societal Change

Migration and Societal Change provides a platform for researchers at Utrecht University working on migration and related societal transformations. It stimulates cross-fertilization between researchers from different disciplines and with stakeholders in the wider society.

Facilitating interdisciplinary collaborations, and strengthening existing ties between researchers and stakeholders in the field, allows us to push the boundaries of existing research by further improving our understandings of the multi-faceted and interconnected issues concerning migration and societal change. We believe that it is the combination of disciplinary perspectives and the close cooperation with societal partners that can lead to new scientific knowledge that is useful for addressing societal challenges in the field of migration.
