ULRIKA Living is a Regenerative Lifestyle Hub, a regenerative knowledge and craft ecosystem offering tools, education, and frameworks to help individuals move from dependency and overwhelm toward grounded self-reliance, ecological literacy, and embodied prosperity.

As an author, homesteader, and advocate for living regeneratively based in north western Spain (Asturias), my work explores what it means to live well and freely in a world that has become increasingly complex, abstract, and disconnected from the rhythms that once grounded human life. Through personal essays, books, and place-based storytelling, I write from lived experience at the intersection of land, food, sovereignty, and inner clarity.

At its core, my work is about regenerative living - not as an ideal or aesthetic, but as a practical way of restoring our relationship with nature, time, responsibility, and each other, while remaining fully engaged with modern life.

My work speaks to those who sense that something essential has been lost, and who feel quietly called to rebuild lives that are resilient, rooted, and self-reliant - not in isolation, but in community, as nature itself teaches.
