Over Uganda Investment B.V.

Uganda Investment Corporation BV, abbreviated as UIC: a business approach to reduce poverty, increase food and income security. We aim to generate jobs and stimulate agricultural and economic development in Uganda.

UIC was raised in July 2011 and has been established by a group of Christian entrepreneurs in collaboration with the Dutch relief and development organization Woord en Daad. The investors behind UIC wish to recover the investment and use the net profits and proceeds to invest in similar activities in Uganda and/or Africa. Since 2012 UIC is engaged in the set-up of an AgroPark on the land of Kumi Hospital: a rural general hospital in the eastern part of Uganda (East Africa).
