The graceful interior, created by renowned designer Wim van de Oudeweetering, features beautiful velvet lounge chairs, clustered around tables that are illuminated by candlelight. A grand bar spans the length of the room, giving the space an elegant though warm-hearted feel. The bar is made of glowing Onyx, crafted from a special cut by Solid Nature, which offers a luxurious allure.

Eric van Beek, Head Bartender of TwentySeven has been crowned winner of the 2018 Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition. During the final at the Museo Numismático Nacional in Mexico City, Eric van Beek battled 34 bartenders from 33 countries for the title. His winning creation, called Cariño, is a shaken cocktail combining Bacardí Reserva Ocho rum with Yellow Chartreuse, Greek yoghurt, vanilla syrup and lemon juice. His drink was inspired by a term of love and endearment, “te tengo cariño”, which refers to love and fellowship. Of course his winning cocktail Cariño is served in the bar.

Bar TwentySeven also has a chic smoking area and a VIP lounge, with a breathtaking views over the Rokin. ,
