Over TU/e Chemical Engineering and Chemistry

Chemical Engineering and Chemistry is one of the nine departments of the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in The Netherlands. The department prides itself on the high quality research in the field of process technology and molecular science in which we collaborate extensively with industry. This results in research that is not only fundamental. But also contributes to solve societal challenges in sustainability, health and energy transition. We achieve this thanks to 16 full-time and 6 part-time professors, 190 doctoral candidates and 45 trainee design engineers. Our state of the art laboratory facilities occupy 12,000 m2 and facilitate these very driven researchers.

Annually we equip over 600 bachelor and master students with knowledge and skills to pursue a successful academic career or play an distinguished and innovative roll in R&D in the chemical industry. Our English spoken education attracts students from all over the world.
