Our product suite includes:

*TrueMatch Performance Predictor* A 30-minute online assessment combining General Mental Ability (GMA), Situational Judgement Testing (SJT), Trait-Based Personality profiling, and CV parsing into one predictive candidate profile. Used early in the hiring funnel to identify high-potential talent — beyond the CV.

*TrueMatch Job Calibrator* An AI-powered profiling engine that creates tailored success profiles and job descriptions. It draws from team composition, business context, and proven performance predictors to define who you actually need — not just what tasks need doing.

*TrueMatch SmartGuide* An AI-enhanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that structures interviews, aligns work samples to required abilities, automates scheduling, and enables consistent, scorecard-based evaluations — removing noise from final hiring decisions.
