In 2014, Seawind was created by its founders as a response to a gap in the offshore wind technology, and to address climate change. From a modest but highly experienced engineering base, Seawind has developed into a deeply skilled technology company that operates and takes concepts all the way to revenue-generating operations.

Our highly experienced teams strive to create sustainable technologies, highly impactful and efficient supply chains and projects, which the offshore wind industry has never seen before.

Our 2-bladed wind turbine, with a teetering hinge, extends the life cycle, and simplifies the wind turbine design, therefore lowering capital expenditures and operating expenses. Estimates are at minus 25% versus currently operating, state-of-the-art, rigid-rotor, 3-bladed offshore wind turbines, and thus reducing the Levelized Cost of Energy.

With our disruptive electricity and hydrogen technologies we are dedicated to the energy transition and decarbonization of the offshore wind industry.
