TransFortis supports public transport organisations with strategy, innovation, resilience and facilitation.

Public transport authorities, operators and their partners work in conditions shaped by operational complexity, public responsibility, changing expectations, financial pressure, technology, climate questions and political context.

TransFortis helps teams create clarity, align perspectives and turn complex questions into practical next steps.

The work focuses on three areas:

TransFortis was founded by Andrea Söhnchen in 2013 and works with public transport organisations, sector initiatives, industry partners, international organisations and development banks.
