Traditional Thai Massage is performed on the floor in loose and comfortable clothing. When one receives Traditional Thai Massage one is also receiving the benefits of the practice of Yoga. We can call this practice assisted yoga. Traditional Thai Massage also incorporates martial arts moves, rhytmic movement, palming and thumbing along energy lines, stretching and breathing. This rhytmic movement, breathing, gentle stretching creates a slow "dance"​ between the practitioner and the reciever. Further more to stretching and tonifying the muscles, Thai Yoga Massage improves circulation, decrease muscular tension and spasm, assists metabolism and immune system. Balances the body energetically generating a calm mental state.
