Over Timescaping

Timescaping is a form of experiential futures for teams.

During a live session, a team steps 100 years into the future and speculates together about their industry, their work, and the world around it, guided by Cristian Boscheri and scenario cards designed for their sector. Each card is a vivid scene from a possible 2126.

The 100-year distance makes the space psychologically safer and engaging. Nobody has the right answer that far out, so expertise stops being a shield and participants engage not only cognitively but also emotionally. Teams leave seeing their work differently. That energy becomes sharper strategy, innovation, deeper cohesion, and a renewed sense of why the work matters.

Underneath it there is the simple belief that what becomes possible depends on what people can imagine together. Sessions in English. Based in Rotterdam, available across the Netherlands and abroad. Past work includes Biosphere Solar, TinQwise, the Dutch AI ethics community, and various Dutch universities.
