With the startup of the cabin crew academy the landscape of Dutch aviation secondary vocational education will change permanently. First step is to contribute to educating flight attendants to be according to the vision of the cabin crew academy which is: 'skilled, licensed and enthusiastic'​ (bekwaam, bevoegd en bevlogen). the cabin crew academy welcomes partners who adopted the responsibility to deliver highly qualified new recruits to the Dutch cabin crew market.
