TheCoCreators distinguish incomplete versus complete co-creation. We define complete co-creation as a widely supported, transparent process of value creation in productive collaboration with the end user and other relevant parties. In other words, complete co-creation is not a “tool”, but an integrated approach in which there is space for various tools such as brainstorms, crowdsourcing, conceptualization, gamification, etc. and where the end-user and other stakeholders are actively involved throughout the entire lifecycle of the product, service, brand, etc. We offer you a complete vision. Our starting point is your organization. Building on our experience in market research, marketing, strategy, innovation and concept development, we will help you integrate (complete) co-creation structurally within your organization and position it into the existing mix of research, development, marketing, and production processes.
