The Video Maturity Model is created by Eclipse Videomanagement. It's a tool to help organizations that use video. It allows them to identify their strong points and fields of attention on the management of video in their organization.

The Video Maturity Model is being used by different organizations across the globe and it helps you to think on 8 different aspects around video: Content, Production, Publication, Performance, Strategy, Resources, Videomanagement and Processes.

What is Video Maturity? Video Maturity is being used to describe the level of professionalism (or maturity) that an organization has regarding the use of video as an instrument and/or form of communication.

Within the Video Maturity Model five levels of maturity have been defined:

The maturity of an organization can be measured by completing the 60 questions of the Assessment.
