SSAMM Academy is the education and professional-development arm of SSAMM. It designs and delivers standards-informed learning pathways, courses, workshops and assessment-supported development programmes in Asset & Maintenance Management.

The Academy translates recognised competence frameworks, standards and bodies of knowledge into explicit learning outcomes, structured curricula, applied cases and traceable evidence of learning. Its educational architecture connects the ISO 55000 series, CEN/TC 319, IEC 60300, GFMAM, EFNMS, IAM and WPiAM requirements through the SSAMM Educational Line of Sight. The portfolio includes AAMC and CTAM pathways developed under WPiAM recognition requirements, together with role-oriented development for Asset Management and Maintenance professionals.

Learning is designed around professional context: participants connect organisational objectives with decisions, processes, engineering methods, information, risk, assurance and continual improvement. Programme design uses outcome-based education, transparent assessment, document control and periodic review. Where an external designation or certification applies, SSAMM Academy provides education and course-level learning assessment; the independent scheme owner or certification body retains the formal certification decision.

SSAMM Academy is part of the SSAMM Knowledge M&AM Ecosystem. Its purpose is not merely to transfer information, but to develop judgement, competence and the ability to apply knowledge responsibly in practice.
