The Salad Bar, Maastricht’s first salad & juice bar first opened it’s doors in 2014. As former students Health Sciences we decided to share our passion for tasty and real food with the rest of the culinary capital of The Netherlands. Today The Salad Bar has grown into Maastricht’s Healthy Hotspot, where everyone can get their daily boost!
