The Regulatory Company (TRC) is a Compliance & Safety consultancy for cosmetics, personal care and OTC products based in The Hague, the Netherlands. Founded in 2008 by Zoran Gavric, TRC was established to meet the growing demand for expert guidance in regulatory affairs and applied toxicology, in line with evolving European legislation. Today, TRC supports cosmetics manufacturers, consultants, safety assessors and brand owners in achieving full compliance with the regulatory frameworks, including EU and UK Cosmetics Regulations, MoCRA and US State regulations, Canadian requirements, REACH and Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP). Our team of experienced regulatory specialists and safety assessors delivers practical, science-based solutions for product compliance, safety evaluation, and Responsible Person services across the EU, UK, and USA. TRC also powers PRIMS - the Product Regulatory Information Management & Safety Software used by leading cosmetics companies worldwide. PRIMS enables clients to manage Product Information Files (PIFs), perform automated compliance and safety analyses, generate complete Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs) and insights into current and future compliance, for entire portfolio’s. We collaborate with a diverse range of partners - from cosmetics brands to international manufacturers, industry associations, research laboratories, governments and educational institutions in the regulatory domain in EU, USA, UK, Middle East and Asia.
