The Purpose Factory was established by Theo Spierings and Paul Roedig to harness the power of purpose as a catalyst for sustainable change within organizations and their surrounding systems. Its work focused on sustainability-driven transformation across value chains, integrating ESG into commercial strategy and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals.

Working with boards and senior leadership teams, The Purpose Factory supported complex organizations in redesigning end-to-end value chains and developing high-performance, sustainability-led business models, delivering tangible improvements in value creation, resilience and cash-flow performance.

Following the unexpected passing of co-founder and business partner Theo Spierings, the activities of The Purpose Factory were brought to a close.
