Our clientele should be able to focus on their core business instead of feeling weighed down by the pressure of managing their systems or feeling mugged by their IT service provider.

The Outsource Companφ will take ownership of the hardware, software, life-cycle management and provides on-premises and/or cloud services for different platforms. The ownership includes; initial costs, operational costs, maintenance costs, downtime costs, licensing, security and redundancy.

We charge ONE fixed fee per month, based upon the agreed framework of our tailored Service Level Agreement, including 24/7 support.

Partnerships:

Graficom Aruba has been established through a partnership with it's parent company Graficom Group in the Netherlands and -SG- The Outsource Company in Aruba. Graficom Aruba will serve the local market with full access to all services, products, knowledge and support from both Graficom Netherlands and Graficom Curaçao.

The Graficom Group was founded in 1997 and is an international operating IT Service Provider. Headquartered in the Netherlands with additional offices in Aruba and Curacao, consisting of 50+ IT professionals.
