At themindful.nl, we believe that mindfulness is a life skill that starts early. We bridge the gap between traditional practices and modern-day challenges, offering specialized resources for adults and dedicated programs for children.

Mindfulness for Kids: We are passionate about equipping the next generation with emotional resilience. Our programs are specifically designed for:

Younger Children (Ages 4–8): Focus on playful awareness, movement, and sensory activities.

Older Children (Ages 8–12): Focusing on focus, managing emotions, and building self-confidence through the Eline Snel method and other proven curricula.
