The Sauce & Spice Company BV - GOOD FOOD FAMILY PRODUCTS is an innovative company that focuses on developing plant based, sugar and fat-free sauces. It was founded by sisters Helen and Martine Hissink in 2014 in Amsterdam. They started their adventure with their Deli and catering company Chefs & Co. and expanded to the Chefs Poulet & Frites concept in 2016. Because they couldn't find tasty mayo for their fries, they started making their own sauces. This led to the launch of their plant-based and sugar-free Culimayo under the brand The Mayo Sisters in 2018.

The success of the Culimayo resulted in the expansion into the retail and food service sector, where their sauces are now professionally produced. The sauces are vegan, gluten-free, sugar- and lactose-free, contain no artificial colors or flavors, and are GMO-free. Several new flavors were introduced in 2020, including truffle, piri piri and aioli, as well as in 2023 a sriracha, wasabi and sesame flavour.

In 2024 they launched The Culi Sisters sauces & dressings a new line of low-cal & low-fat dressings, including Sweet Mustard and Sweet Chili Culidressings and in 2025 their Pomodoro & Peperone Culisauce. A Roasted Sesame will be the next flavour as well as Spicy Sriracha and Curry Ketchup.

The Sauce & Spice Company BV - GOOD FOOD FAMILY PRODUCTS continues to grow and innovate, with more new flavors and products to be launched in 2025.
