The Comforting House is the safe space in Groningen for women like you. Together we’ll take care of our mental health, explore our struggles from a nurturing and empathetic perspective and we’ll work on boosting our confidence.

MISSION We want to provide a good environment to share experiences with the goal of supporting each other, (re)gain self-esteem and bond with other women

VISION Become a community and safe space for women alike, opening up about daily struggles and guiding them through a healing path in an authentic way

VALUES EMPATHY: We build trust through empathy and honest relationships COMPASSION: We are kind, caring and compassionate to everyone, including oneself ACCEPTANCE: We work to accept what life bring us by acquiring the necessary skills to overcome issues and design the course of our life BELONGING: We foster sense of community by empowering women so we can be whoever we want to be
