the bold project is a female-powered nonprofit initiative that supports women in living a bolder and stronger life, based on their own values, ambitions, and choices. Authentic and independent of external expectations.

Founded by a group of equality-passionate professionals, the bold project creates training programs, learning content, keynotes, workshops, and inspirational formats. We work with both individuals and organizations to actively promote diversity, inclusion, and equity, and to embed fairness and equal opportunities into everyday practice.

the bold project operates as a registered nonprofit association under German law (e.V.) and works internationally.
