Over TFG Test faciliteit Gas

The TFG or Test Facility Gas is an unique location at which tests can be performed on all kinds of gas grid related components under real gas conditions. It is situated in the historical metering house of the former southern gas factory of the city of Amsterdam. Being a bypass of Amsterdam's biggest regulator stations and an integral part of the gas grid of Amsterdam, tests can be performed using real natural gas up to a pressure level of 8 barg. Depending on the required outlet pressure a capacity up to 15.000 Nm3/h can be reached. Next to regular tests there is also a possibility to perform duration tests of 1.000, 2.000 or even 8.000 hours @ pressure levels between 1 and 8 barg.
