Te Strake Surface Technology BV is specialized in the development and application of anti-friction coatings and corrosion prevention coatings on parts for the automobile industry under the name of Antifricor® and HCP®. Antifricor® anti-friction coatings, also known as bonded solid films lubricants or dry lubricant films are materials with inherent lubricating properties, which are firmly bonded to the surface of a substrate. They prevent surface to surface contact, reduce friction and wear between mating surfaces. The lubricant actually becomes a protective layer between the two mating surfaces. Antifricor® coatings combine wear reduction, dry lubrication and corrosion protection in one system. HCP® zinc flake coatings offer high corrosion protection properties; if necessary a topcoat can be applied that offers dry-lubricant properties with a specific coefficient of friction.
