Taxmarc is a global indirect tax engine that determines the appropriate indirect tax treatment of any sales or purchase transaction. It can handle any scenario, from simple AB transactions with 2 parties in the chain, to complex ABCD flows which involve 4 parties.

The Taxmarc tax engine can run in an SAP system or as an external service to any ERP.

When implemented in an SAP system the engine provides extensive additional functionality. Like a tax control framework. This framework is fully integrated into SAP and will immediately check every sales and purchase transaction for indirect tax consistency and correctness as soon as it is entered. This ensures that the data in the SAP finance system is always correct, which is crucial since more and more tax authorities worldwide are requesting the immediate reporting of tax data for all transactions.

The solution is SAP certified and now comes with a Plug and Play option for SAP. This allows companies with standard transaction flows to implement the solution themselves. So you can guarantee tax compliance without the need for a lengthy and expensive IT project.
