Take it Personally turns everyday gratitude into the two things hospitality runs on: fair pay for the people behind every great stay, and the reviews that drive bookings.

Here is how it works. A small QR code sits in the room. The guest scans it, no app, no account, nothing to download. They see the name and photo of the person who actually looked after them, choose an amount, and send a tip in seconds. Right after they tip, we invite them to leave a review of their stay, on your hotel's Google or Tripadvisor page. Not another dashboard no one reads, the platforms travelers actually book from.

That split is the whole idea. The tip goes straight to the person who earned it, personal and direct, never pooled. The review goes to your hotel's public page and is about the stay, not a rating of any individual. We are not one more review system, and we are not a rating platform for staff.

We built tiP for housekeeping first, the people who make every room perfect and the hardest to thank, then opened it to every team that is tipped person to person: front desk, valet, concierge, spa, and F&B wherever no checkout system is required.

For hotels, that means more of the reviews that drive bookings, arriving at a natural, happy moment in the stay. For workers, it means real recognition and real extra income, paid directly, in real time. No hardware, no POS integration, no binding contract. You can be live in a day.

Every guest who tips is invited to review their stay, the same invitation for everyone. The same gratitude that pays your staff lifts your rating.
