T.N.S.B. - Transforming NGOs into Sustainable Businesses is an incubator for NGOs so they can become financially sustainable in a more practical way by learning Business Management - Business Growth and Efficiency, Marketing and Communication, Donor Relationship, Fundraising Strategies, Management and Leadership, and more. This project is financially supported by Angel Investors, International Funds, Social Responsibility Funds, possible fees, and others.

Services: - Business Management Capacitation - training, consultancy and mentoring using different modules tailored for NGOs' needs and being as practical as possible. - Problem Solving (Hot Line) - Work with an NGOs specific problem that could be identified on a day to day basis, or during a capacitation module, or during a project development - Projects Accelerator - NGOs will apply for the program with their projects

We help: - Romanian NGOs that already exist for at least “2 years”, bring real value to the community (health, children, environment, education, animals, etc) and that are small to medium-sized, so that the impact is bigger. - NGOs outside of Romania - Eastern Europe, Africa, & South America.

We create value: - For the NGOs: We enhance effectiveness (your impact) for the long term. - For our business partners: Bring awareness about the importance of supporting a cause.

We are different: We bring concrete, pragmatic and global knowledge to the NGOs in a way they will be able to access and in a way that will lead to financial sustainability.

It’s not only about the NGOs learning business management, it’s also about the businesses learning that there is more than profit, there should be a business for a cause.

We want to accelerate the change in the way of doing business.

Businesses will develop a vision toward the “Infinity Game” rather than the short-term vision of profit. As we connect them to NGOs, this will become a win-win game for all.
