T&T AgroInvest is a Private Equity Investment Company located in Curaçao that invests in the agricultural sector and specifically in the Tropical Belt of Latin America.

Its objective is to provide investors with superior risk adjusted returns by emphasizing capital growth, primarily by locating, analysing and investing in new and in established private growth-orientated enterprises. T&T AgroInvest seeks to obtain significant capital appreciation over a long-term investment cycle.

Investments are chosen based on a combination of fundamental technical and quantitative analyses. T&T AgroInvest works together with trusted local advisors and will actively monitor the activities of the investment projects through site visits and participating in board meetings.

Sustainability and social responsibility plays a key role in the investments made by T&T AgroInvest. Besides the financial criteria the Investment Manager will also take into account non-financial, social and environmental criteria to address sustainable rural development. Nevertheless, investments will be made according to strict financial principles and return requirements, ensuring a healthy return to investors.

T&T AgroInvest is managed by T&T International Advisors Ltd, a member of the Swiss based T&T International Group (www.tt-international.com). The Investment Manager acts based on Swiss investment standards.

To align the interest of the Investors and the Investment Manager, T&T International Group is also participating in the investment company with its own capital.
