Lying on a mass of micro glass beads which are ventilated by a continuous air flow an extremely low interface pressure is generated to support each individual body shape. The temperature controlled and dry ventilation around the patient’s body secures the perfect environment to start healing.

COVID19 application - Prone position support Air Fluidised Care can be used for ARDS/COVID-19 patients that are treated in prone position for a long time. Due to the low resistance it will help to prevent major complications like abdominal compression and pressure sores. It will also make it easier to turn the patient.
