Sweetella got its start as a single restaurant in Amsterdam in 2015 with an ingenious concept of offering freshly baked sweets and ice cream, all combined with big brands in a trendy and comfortable atmosphere.

Sweetella’s concept is built on four main pillars, namely: 1. exceptional customer service,
2. high quality products,
3. unique signature specials, and
4. possibility to create your own dessert.

The concept was so well received by its guests that it is rated number 1 on Tripadvisor in the category of dessert restaurants in Amsterdam and received the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence and voted best dessert shop in Amsterdam. The combination of a unique concept, excellent feedback and happy guests drives us everyday.

Superior customer service is what makes Sweetella a one-of-a-kind concept, as our ambition is to give
each guest an experience they will never forget. This philosophy is reflected in the restaurant’s unique atmosphere, where interaction with guests goes beyond the superficial customer-seller relationship. That is, Sweetella puts special emphasis on relationship-based selling and its employees are the physical representation of this idea.
