Since 2001 independently established as legal advisor and corporate counsel providing ad interim legal and management services to public sector organizations and corporations, ranging from start-ups setting up shop in The Netherlands/EU to established multinationals.

Passionate about the life sciences (biotech, pharma, food), material sciences (bio)chemical) industry, healthcare and the transition from a lineair to a circular and eco sustainable economy.

Extensive experience in functioning as (independent) business partner of management teams and in supporting deal teams. Strong team player, solution focused, familiar with incubator and accelerator programs, change management, integration and (re)structuring processes.

Comfortable operating at all levels within existing legal and interdisciplinary multinational teams. Robust track record in the areas of (inter)national corporate law, cross-border contracting and contract negotiations, IP/technology licensing, R&D related contracts, public-private partnerships, competition law, M&A, litigation, governance and compliance.
