Over SushiMae
Mae worked for years as a chef in Japanese restaurants in Bangkok. Mae found a lot of inspiration there and learned the tricks of the trade.
After coming to the Netherlands, Mae worked for various sushi restaurants in Amsterdam. She discovered that Japanese dishes with 'a touch of Thai influence' were highly valued. That is why Mae decided to start her own business and started SushiMae, together with her partner Max.
The SushiMae menu consists of a mix of Japanese and other Asian dishes in which hygiene rules are strictly followed and only fresh ingredients are used.
